1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1

By creating an account with clubphp, accessing the clubphp website at clubphp.lat, using any product or service offered by clubphp, or placing any wager through the clubphp platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the clubphp Privacy Policy, the clubphp Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific games or promotions offered by clubphp.

1.2

These Terms apply to all players who register from the Republic of the Philippines, and clubphp's services are specifically designed and offered for the Philippine market under PAGCOR authorization. Use of the clubphp platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the player's own risk and may result in account suspension.

1.3

clubphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the clubphp platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

2.1

Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the clubphp platform. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2

Identity Verification. clubphp may require you to submit proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3

Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to use the clubphp platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, and agents of clubphp or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members; (c) persons self-excluded from clubphp or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1

Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the clubphp platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, clubphp reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings without prior notice.

3.2

Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3

Account Verification. clubphp verifies your mobile number upon registration via one-time PIN. Full identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) is required before processing any withdrawal. You agree to cooperate with clubphp's verification procedures promptly.

3.4

Non-Transferability. Your clubphp account is personal to you. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Winnings, credits, and bonuses in your account have no cash value until withdrawn and may not be transferred to other players.

4. Account Security

4.1

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clubphp login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. clubphp support staff will never ask you for your full password.

4.2

You are liable for all activity conducted through your clubphp account, including any unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify clubphp immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.3

clubphp strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a one-time code sent to your registered Philippine mobile number upon each login.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1

Currency. All transactions on clubphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). clubphp does not accept foreign currency deposits. Exchange rate risk is borne by the player in cases where a payment provider converts foreign currency prior to crediting the clubphp PHP wallet.

5.2

Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. clubphp reserves the right to change these limits upon notice to players.

5.3

Payment Methods. clubphp accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay (deposit only), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ (deposit only). Payment methods accepted may change at clubphp's discretion.

5.4

Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts verified as belonging to the registered clubphp account holder. clubphp will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

5.5

Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–20 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 hours. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing times may be extended. clubphp does not guarantee specific processing times.

5.6

Source of Funds. By depositing to clubphp, you confirm that the funds being deposited are legitimately yours and are not derived from criminal activity. clubphp is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities under applicable anti-money laundering laws.

6. Betting Rules

6.1

All bets placed on clubphp are final and may not be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game or sport. It is your responsibility to verify your bet selection and stake before confirming.

6.2

clubphp reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or technical fault. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's PHP wallet. clubphp's decision on voided bets is final.

6.3

For sports betting, in the event a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sports betting rules applicable to that market. Players should review the relevant sport betting rules before placing wagers.

6.4

Maximum payout limits apply to specific games and bet types on the clubphp platform. These limits are displayed in the relevant game rules or betting interface. clubphp will not pay winnings in excess of published maximum payout limits.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1

All clubphp bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.

7.2

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms.

7.3

Bonus Abuse. clubphp reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings where clubphp reasonably determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotion terms.

7.4

clubphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already claimed and actively in play.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the clubphp platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering duplicate accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the clubphp platform;
• Colluding with other players in table games, poker, or any game where collusion would provide an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities; any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided;
• Using the clubphp platform for money laundering or any financial crime;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals fraudulently;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing clubphp staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1

All content on the clubphp platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, and user interface design, is the property of clubphp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the clubphp platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

9.2

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any clubphp content without prior written permission from clubphp.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, clubphp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the clubphp platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

10.2

clubphp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3

clubphp does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may result in temporary unavailability. clubphp will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1

clubphp is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We offer deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible from within your clubphp account settings at any time.

11.2

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the clubphp platform may do so through their account settings or by contacting clubphp support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to log in or place wagers.

11.3

Gambling is intended for entertainment. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. If gambling is causing financial, personal, or psychological harm to you or those around you, please use the responsible gaming tools on clubphp or seek appropriate support. You may also refer to PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources through the official PAGCOR website.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1

Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your clubphp account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2

clubphp-Initiated Termination. clubphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) account activity indicates money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct; (c) PAGCOR requires suspension or termination; (d) the player has provided false identity information. In cases of termination for cause, clubphp may withhold balances pending investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

clubphp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the clubphp website with an updated effective date. For material changes, clubphp will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where practicable. Your continued use of the clubphp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to PAGCOR's regulations governing online gaming operations.

14.2

In the event of a dispute between you and clubphp arising from these Terms or your use of the clubphp platform, you agree to first contact clubphp via live chat or at [email protected] to seek resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate jurisdiction of Philippine courts, with Manila as the venue of jurisdiction.

14.3

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, clubphp is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes. Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
